Ashkenazim
Ashkenazim (Ashkenazim, Ashkenazim, אשכנזים) refers to those who settled in German-speaking countries and Eastern European countries of the Jewish-type Diaspora, and their descendants. The etymology is Ashkenaz (appearing in a new translation or a new translation, written as Ashkenaz in colloquial translation) that appears in Genesis 10: 3 and Historical Journal 1: 6. The singular form is Ashkenazi (Ashkenazi, אשכנזי). Ashkenazim and Sefaldim are the two forces of today's Jewish community.
