Air release 【air release】 A type of release that remotely operates the shutter opening and closing of the camera. A rubber ball is attached to the end of a thin pipe, and when it is pushed, it is possible to cut off the shutter by air pressure. Unlike cable release, operation is possible even if extended for several meters. エア‐レリーズ【air release】 カメラのシャッターの開閉を遠隔で操作するレリーズの一種。細いパイプの終端にゴム球が付いており、それを押すと空気圧によってシャッターを切ることができる。ケーブルレリーズと異なり、数メートル延長しても操作が可能。
