Egyptian Bazaar Egyptian Bazaar is a traditional commercial district located in the old city of Istanbul, the city of northwestern Turkey. In Turkish it is called Mu Sarschars (Egyptian market meaning). In the mid 17th century, it was set up by refurbishing a part of the building of the adjacent Yenimosku. In the city of Istanbul it is big after the Grand Bazaar. It is known for many shops dealing with spices. エジプシャン‐バザール【Egyptian Bazaar】 トルコ北西部の都市イスタンブールの旧市街にある伝統的な商業地区の通称。トルコ語でムスルチャルシュス(エジプトの市場の意)と呼ばれる。17世紀半ば、隣接するイェニモスクの建物の一部を改装して設営。イスタンブール市街ではグランドバザールに次いで大きい。香辛料を扱う店が多いことで知られる。
