Balea virol [Valea Viilor] Village in central Romania. It is located about 15 kilometers west of Bielutan. From the 15th century to the 16th century, the Romanesque style church which was founded in the 13th century, a barrier and watchtower 8 meters high were built and fortified in preparation for the attack of the Ottoman Empire. Together with other villages in the southern Transylvania region with similar churches, in 1999 it was registered as a World Heritage (cultural heritage) under the name of "a village with a group of fortress churches in the Transylvania region". バレア‐ビイロル【Valea Viilor】 ルーマニア中央部の村。ビエルタンの西約15キロメートルに位置する。13世紀創建のロマネスク様式の教会は、15世紀から16世紀にかけて、オスマン帝国の襲撃に備えて高さ8メートルの防壁や見張り塔が造られ要塞化された。同じような教会をもつ南トランシルバニア地方の他の村々とともに、1999年に「トランシルバニア地方の要塞教会群のある集落」の名称で世界遺産(文化遺産)に登録された。
