Osamu Horie 【Fumihito Yoshinaga】 [1827 ~ 1892] a painter. The people of Edo. Last name, Asada. While studying ukiyoe and Kano school, I met a foreign movie in Nagasaki and created a style that made them self-taught. In Yokohama I drew a lot of portraits and genre paintings, called Yokohama painting. ごせだ‐ほうりゅう【五姓田芳柳】 [1827~1892]画家。江戸の人。本姓、浅田。浮世絵や狩野派を学ぶ一方、長崎で洋画に出会い、独学でそれらを折衷した画風を創出。横浜で肖像画・風俗画を多く描き、横浜画とよばれた。
