Cogeneration
Cogeneration, or cogeneration, also called "combined heat and power" in English. This is one of new energy supply systems that extracts power, heat, and cold heat by using exhaust heat of internal combustion engines, external combustion engines, etc., and increases total energy efficiency. It is also called cogeneration, cogeneration for short. In general, it is translated as co-generation power generation (hot spring power supply) or combined heat and power supply (heat pump power supply). It is often thought that waste heat power generation is used from the translated word, but there are things other than electricity generation such as hot water supply. In Japan, with the entry into force of the Kyoto Protocol, there is growing interest in electric machinery manufacturers and gas companies as manufacturing side, as supermarkets aiming at image enhancement as a consumer side and large scale factories as large energy consumers. There is a triggeneration that develops cogeneration and uses carbon dioxide (CO 2) as well. ...
