Nogaundere
Nogaundere, or Ngaoundéré, or N'Gaoundéré, is the capital city of Adamawah state in Cameroon. The population is 152,700 people. It is the northernmost end of the railroad connecting Yaounde, the capital and has an airport. Lamido Palace and Lamido Grand Mosque are the city's attractions. "Nogaundere" means "navel" in Mbumu's language (Move language), named after the mountain rising near.
