Lopé Okanda 【Lop \u0026 # x00E9; Okanda】 It is a national park in central Gabon. The savanna ecosystem formed in the ice age of 15,000 years ago remains and is known as a habitat for rare mammals including gorillas, mandrills, chimpanzees and colobus. Also, Pygmy and Bantu are inhabited, and many prehistoric rock paintings and remains are left. In 2007, it was registered as a world heritage (compound heritage) under the name "Ropeokanda's ecosystem and remaining cultural landscape". ロペ‐オカンダ【Lopé Okanda】 ガボン中央部にある国立公園。1万5千年前の氷河期に形成されたサバンナの生態系が残存し、ゴリラ、マンドリル、チンパンジー、コロブスをはじめとする希少な哺乳類の生息地として知られる。また、ピグミーやバンツー族が居住し、先史時代の岩絵や遺構などが数多く残っている。2007年、「ロペオカンダの生態系と残存する文化的景観」の名称で世界遺産(複合遺産)に登録された。
