【Financial law】 A collective term of the law concerning the finance of a country or local public entity. Various tax laws, including fiscal law 2, accounting law, state-owned property law, local finance law, etc. The law that establishes the fundamentals relating to the finance of the two countries. It consists of five chapters of fiscal general rule, accounting classification, budget, settlement, miscellaneous regulations. Enforced in 1947 (Showa 22).

ざいせい‐ほう【財政法】 １ 国または地方公共団体の財政に関する法規の総称。各種の租税法をはじめ、財政法2 ・会計法・国有財産法・地方財政法など。 ２ 国の財政に関する基本を定める法律。財政総則・会計区分・予算・決算・雑則の5章からなる。昭和22年（1947）施行。
