Jerky (jerky) is preserved food dried meat. In Quechua, one of the languages of South American Indigenous Peoples, "Chalk (charque)" or "Charqui" which calls on food ingredients that were sun dried in the original, and "jerky" in English is what changed this is there. As a food ingredient to jerky, there are overwhelmingly more beef. When saying "jerky" without particular notice, it often points to beef jerky (beef jerky: beef jerky). Besides beef, there are salmon and chicken's Sasami, horse meat, pork, unusual things like kangaroos, crocodiles, and wild boar meat. ...
