Snyferus Yorktoru
Snyferus Yorktor is a stratovolcano located in Snyfels Peninsula in western Iceland. It is characterized by glaciers from the top of the mountain. Its name is originally "Sniffer", but because there are two other mountains of the same name, it is called Snyferus Yorktol to distinguish it. At the west end of the Snyfels Peninsula, weather permitting, you can see it from Reykjavik, 120 km away from Faxa Bay. Snyferus Yorktor is the most well-known tourist attraction in Iceland and is also known for appearing in Joule Berne's novel "Underground Exploration." In this work, the hero is supposed to find the entrance to the basement of the center of the earth in this mountain.
