Uchisar 【U \u0026 # x00E7; hisar】 The village in the central part of Turkey, Cappadocia region. In Turkish it means "sharp fort" and the rocky mountain rising in the center of the village was used as a fortress for a long time. On the rocky mountains there are countless small holes called "house of pigeons", pigeon feces used for fertilizer in vineyards \u0026 thinsp; (fish) \u0026 thinsp; were collected. ウチヒサール【Uçhisar】 トルコ中央部、カッパドキア地方の村。トルコ語で「尖った砦」を意味し、村の中央にそびえる岩山は、古くから要塞として利用された。岩山には「鳩の家」と呼ばれる無数の小さい穴があり、ぶどう畑の肥料に使うハトの糞 (ふん) が集められた。
