Wat Rong Khun Buddhist temple in the city of Chiang Rai in northern Thailand. Located about 10 kilometers southwest of the city. In 1997, a designer from Chiang Rai started investing in private property. Characters of movies and cartoons and various bizarre shapes are represented by refined sculpture based on white. ワット‐ロンクン【Wat Rong Khun】 タイ北部の都市チェンライにある仏教寺院。市街より南西約10キロメートルに位置する。1997年に、チェンライ出身のデザイナーが私財を投じて建設開始。映画やアニメの登場人物や様々な奇怪な造形が、白を基調とした精緻な彫刻で表されている。
