This is called after the provision of the Internal Revenue Code 401k clause. It became an example of Japan's defined contribution pension. よんまるいち‐ケー【401k】 米国の確定拠出型年金制度の一。企業の被雇用者が対象で、運用益や受取金への課税に優遇措置がとられる。制度を定めた内国歳入法401k条項にちなんでこう呼ばれる。日本の確定拠出型年金の手本となった。
