Adard
Adad of Acad, Sumer's Shikru is the name of the storm god among the gods before Babylonian and Assyrian martyrs, and has similar abilities as the Hadad god of the north-west Semtic. Adad is also known to be associated with Ramman, and the Aramaean Limon God also uses the alias Hadra. Sumer 's Shikru was on the list of Gods enlightened in Para, but less important than Adard of later Akkad. Storms and rains were uncommon in southern Babylonia, where agriculture was more dependent on irrigation facilities. In addition, Enlil and Nin Urta also featured a storm god, which also played a role in reducing the uniqueness of Ishkur. This shukuro sometimes appears as their assistant or co-worker. When Enki interferes with his purpose, he created Ishikur, the inspector of the universe. In some prayers, this shukru declares, "The Great Shining Bull, Your Name is Heaven."
