Primrose skin disease Allergic contact dermatitis due to primrose is a frequent cause of dermatitis in Europe, especially in England. As the number of people enjoying primrose bonsai increases in recent years, primrose dermatitis also tends to increase. Among Primrose primula, Primula obconica is the most common cause and prima contained in leaf and flower leaf. Many erythema accompanied by blisters are present on the fingers, and they are often transmitted indirectly through the fingers to the face and to the epidermis (skin). Detailed diagnosis is important because the diagnosis is not so easy. 앵초피부병 앵초로 인한 알러지성 접촉피부염으로 유럽, 특히 영국에서는 그 빈도가 높고, 대표적인 식울피부염으로 알려졌다. 최근 가정에서 앵초분재를 즐기는 사람이 증가함에 따라 앵초피부염도 증가경향이다. 앵초중에서도 Primula obconica 에 의한 것이 대부분이며 원인물질은 잎과 화판에 함유된 primin이다. 손가락에 물집(水痕)을 수반한 홍반이 많이 나타나는데, 손가락을 통해서 간접적으로 안면, 구간(躯幹)에 피진(皮疼)을 전파하는 일이 많다. 진단은 그리 수월치 않으므로 상세한 문진이 중요하다.
