Aikido
Aikido (Japanese: 合 気 道 (あ い き き う)) is Japan's representative contemporary martial art created in 1942 officially by Uishibamori Heion. It was established on the basis of Japanese juxtaposition, swordsmanship, and stamina. It is a martial art with the subject of body, and harmony with nature and world peace are the main ideas. It was introduced in Korea in the early 1970s through the chance to join the International Federation, but it is practiced regardless of Korea Hapkido. It was introduced in earnest by Yoon Ik-kam (renamed Yoon Dae-hyun), who learned skills from Kobayashi Sensei in the early 1990's after the breakup of the chance to join the International Federation and Japan. In the Aikki Aikido Shinchon Headquarters (Oh Seung Do) in Korea, which is led by the 6th dan Yik Ikam, it teaches the oldest swordsmanship in Japan and Katoric acid which is designated as an intangible cultural asset.
