Aleutian Mink disease A mild, progressive lethal disease, first observed by Hartsough in 1946, was a major genetic disease in the Aryu Shan mink, initially thought to be a genetic disorder, followed by Aleutian disease viras (ADV ). The incubation period is from 8 months to 1 year. There are marked plasma cell infiltration in the three organs of the kidney, liver and rain. Overproduction of the IgC antibody to ADV occurs, resulting in a so-called delayed state. ADV에 대한 IgC항체의 과잉생산이 생겨, 이른바 지연감각상태가 된다. 혈청중에 ADV는 언제나 항원항체복합물의 형태로 흐르고 있으며 신사구체(腎糸球體)의 혈막관세포 mesangial area에 침착하고 보체가 침착해서 3자의 immune complex에 의해 신기능은 실조하고 밍크는 죽음에 이르는 것으로 생각되고 있다
