Ammonium ion
Ammonium ions, and positively charged cations. In the molecular formula, a common covalent bond is generated between N and H 3, and in the remaining H 1, H is formed by abandoning the electrons and becoming a cation, and coordination bonding is performed using N unshared electron pairs. In a normal natural state, electricity can be produced by lightning discharge or the combination of ammonia and acid. Properties are similar to alkaline ions. Ammonium ions are polyatomic cations in which ammonia, which is a weak base, is bonded to hydrogen. It is produced by the hydrolysis of ammonia and may be present in ammonium salts.
