Ashner test It is also called as eyeball test. One of the autonomic nervous system tests. It is judged that the vagus nerve tension (迷 走 神 经 ression) is rising when the heart rate is reduced to 10-15 or more for one minute, and it is a reflective bell caused when the both eyes are quietly pressed. It occurs because the periphery of the trigeminal nerve at the back of the eye is excited by the compression of the eye. At the same time, it causes hypotension, deep breathing, facial flushing, and the like. This reflection is easily seen in unspecified dogs or rats. 아슈네르검사 안구압박검사라고도 한다. 자율신경 기능의 검사법가운데 하나. 양쪽의 안구를 조용히 압박할 때에 생기는 반사성의 서맥(徐脈)이고, 1분간의 심박수가 10~15 이상 감소할 때에 미주신경긴장(迷走神經緊張)이 고조되고 있는 것으로 판정한다. 안구의 뒤쪽에 있는 삼차신경(三叉神經)의 말초가 안구압박에 의해 흥분하기 때문에 생긴다. 동시에 저혈압, 심호흡, 안면의 홍조 등을 일으킨다. 이 반사는 마취하지 않은 상태의 개나 쥐에서도 쉽게 나타난다.
