Definition of 반추증 in the Korean dictionary
Reflux of rheumatoid arthritis refers to the fact that a small amount of stomach contents comes back into the mouth and chews it back, which seems to be a pathologically overgrowth of normal gastroesophageal reflux. Rheumatoid arthritis occurs during overeating. In people with persistent pulmonary insufficiency or esophageal lupus erythematosus, or with autonomic nerve impairment, the condition occurs reflexively and is referred to as rheumatism. It usually occurs involuntarily without accompanying nausea and vomiting, and it is likely to appear when it is in coordination, left side, and upper side. 반추증 반추는 소량의 위내용이 입으로 돌아와서 이를 다시 씹어서 연하하는 것을 말하는데, 정상으로 일어나는 위식도역류가 병적으로 과대된 것으로 생각된다. 반추는 과식시에 나타나는데 지속성분문부전 또는 식도열공 헤르니아가 있는 사람, 또는 자율신경실조의 사람에서는 매 식후 조건반사적으로 일어나며, 이를 반추증이라고 한다. 통상, 오심ㆍ구토를 수반하지 않고 불수의적으로 일어나며 배위, 좌측와위일 때에 나타나기 쉽다.
