Vickers
Vickers was a British engineering company from 1828 to 2004. In 1828, Edward Vickers and his stepfather George Nellor built a casting factory. Became famous for producing church species. In 1867 the company became publicly traded. In 1868, the propeller shaft of the ship was made. In 1872, the propeller of the ship was made. In 1882, a forging press was installed. In 1888, he produced armored steel plates. In 1897 he bought a shipbuilding company. In 1986, Vickers Chosun Engineering became part of GEC's Marconi Ocean.
