Bilirubin stone Source Nutrition Dictionary | Bilirubin stone Bilirubin deposits in the gallbladder or bile duct. Gallstones can be divided into two types: bilirubin limestone and cholesterol limestone. Bilirubin-like stones are more common in Korea than in western countries and appear as intrahepatic stones in gallbladder or bile ducts. 빌리루빈결석
담낭 또는 담관 내에 빌리루빈이 침착한 상태. 담석은 빌리루빈 석회석과 콜레스테롤 석회석의 2가지로 크게 구별된다. 빌리루빈계 결석은 서구와 비교하여 우리나라에서 많이 확인되고, 담낭이나 담관에 간내 결석으로서 나타난다. 그러나 최근 식사의 서구화에 따라 콜레스테롤계 결석이 급속히 증가되어 많이 볼 수 있다. 이것은 주로 담낭내 결석으로 나타난다.
