fried rice
Fried rice is a well-known food in Chinese cuisine and other types of oriental dishes. I cooked the cold rice left over from the home cooking of Tao Feng, which was well known as a chef in China, with other ingredients. Sometimes, before eating dessert at a Chinese banquet, fried rice comes up as a second dish. There are dozens of different kinds of fried rice depending on what ingredients are in. Chinese restaurants that serve non-Chinese guests in the West have a variety of my own fried rice, such as fried rice with eggs, Singapore fried rice, and special fried rice. Fried rice is a common stock of Chinese cuisine in Western style, especially sold at fast-food restaurants. The most common type is basic fried rice, which allows customers to choose eggs, leeks, vegetables, and sun meat. Fried rice can also be found in other American oriental restaurants. For example, there are nontraditional dishes such as the Caribbean.
