Main pole
The main pole refers to a celestial body that travels around the North Pole of the celestial sphere without falling below the horizon when observed on Earth. On the contrary, it falls off from the sky, and according to the circular movement of the celestial sphere, it emerges from the east horizon, draws a large arc in the sky, and finally reaches the western horizon and eventually becomes invisible.
