Daegu University
Daegu University is a private university located in Jinmyeong-eup, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Gyeongsangbuk-do, Republic of Korea, and Daemyeong-dong, Nam-gu, Daegu. Since its foundation in 1956, it has been doing its utmost to cultivate talented individuals who combine humanity, expertise and creativity with the spirit of "the spirit of the foundation of love, light, and freedom" and "the educational philosophy of realizing welfare for all. It was started when Pastor Lee Young Sik founded the 'Korea Social Work School' in Daegu-Daegu, Daegu and has led the development of special education, rehabilitation science and social welfare. Since then, it has shown a strong presence in various fields such as information and communication, lifelong education, and industry-academia cooperation. Currently, Daegu University has 13 colleges, 3 independent schools, general graduate schools and 6 special graduate schools, and about 20,000 students are enrolled.
