Isotropic When you observe an object, it means that the property does not change even if the direction of observation changes. Since ordinary gases, liquids, and amorphous solids are isotropic, when studying the deformation of elastomers or sintered bodies, they are usually assumed to be homogeneous and isotropic. 등방성
물체를 관찰할 때 관찰하는 방향이 달라져도 그 성질이 변하지 않는 것을 말한다. 보통의 기체나 액체 및 비정질 고체는 등방성을 나타내므로 탄성체나 소성체의 변형에 대해 연구할 때는 대개 그 물체가 균질하며 등방성을 갖는다고 가정하고 연구하게 된다.
