Dinitrosalicylic acid method This method uses a dinitrosalicylic acid reducing action of glucose as one of semi-quantitative methods of glucose determination. 0.1 ml of blood is added to 2.0 ml of dinitrosalicylic acid, and the mixture is filtered. 0.5 ml of the filtrate is added to 0.5 ml of the filtrate, and the mixture is boiled for 3 minutes. The color tone is compared with the standard solution of the bichromatic acid calorimetric solution. The application of this method is the Atago Simple Blood Glucose Quantifier. 디니트로살리실산법 이 방법은 글루코스반정량법(半定量法)의 하나로서 글루코스의 디니트로살리실산 환원작용을 이용한 것이다. 디니트로살리실산 2.0㎖에 혈액 0.1㎖를 가하여 여과하고, 여액(濾液) 0.5㎖에 알칼리시약 0.5㎖를 가하고, 3분간 끓여 그 정색조(呈色調)를 중크롬산칼률용액의 기준액과 비교한다. 이 방법을 응용한 것으로 아타고 간이혈당정량기(簡易血糖定量器)가 있다.
