Distonia [1] It is a strange posture caused by strange persistent contraction of the skeletal muscle in the neck, trunk, and body (stigmata). Typical examples are asymmetrical postures with body twisting, spinal anemia, and torticollis, where the neck is naturally flexed, referring to partial symptoms of distonia. [2] Distonia is originally said to be more than posture, and the slow passive movement that you see when you have a distino stance is called the distino movement. Distonia is mainly caused by lesions of the basal ganglia.

디스토니아 [1] 경부, 체간(體幹)에 눈에 띄게 골격근의 이상한 지속성 수축에 의해서 생기는 기묘한 자세를 말한다(디스토니아자세). 전형적인 것은 신체의 뒤틀림, 척추의 빈혈을 수반하는 비대칭성의 자세이고 목이 자연히 구부러지는 사경(斜頸) torticollis는 디스토니아의 부분증상을 말하는 것이다.[2] 디스토니아는 본래 자세이상을 말하는데 디스토니아 자세가 생길때에 보게되는 느린 불수의 운동을 디스토니아운동이라고 한다. 디스토니아는 주로 대뇌기저핵의 병변에 따라서 생긴다.
