청양 도림사지 삼층석탑
The three-storied stone pagoda is a three-tiered stone pagoda in the Goryeo Dynasty, located in Dorimsa-ji, Cheongyang-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. On Dec. 24, 1973, it was designated as tangible cultural property No. 27 in Chungcheongnam-do. This tower is a three-story pagoda that faithfully follows the style of stone pagoda in the Goryeo Dynasty. Originally it was built before the Goryeo Dynasty, but it was burnt down to the middle of the Joseon Dynasty. Around the tower is found a tile sculpture with the letters "Dorimasa". The tower is composed of a three-tier body and an upper wheel on the base of the second floor. The curved eaves of the roof are smoothly curved and climbed strongly at the end of the eaves, and only the bedrock, bangs, and orbits are left in the upper wheel. When the reconstruction was resumed in 1973, a quadrangle was found and is now being kept in the National Museum of Guryo. 도림사지 삼층석탑은 충청남도 청양군 도림사지에 있는, 고려시대의 삼층석탑이다. 1973년 12월 24일 충청남도의 유형문화재 제27호로 지정되었다. 이 탑은 고려시대의 석탑 양식을 충실히 따른 삼층석탑이다. 원래 도림사는 고려시대 이전에 창건된 사찰로 조선 중기까지 있었으나 불에 타서 없어졌다고 하며, 이 석탑이 위치하고 있는 도림사 터에는 현재 주춧돌과 축대만 남아 있다. 탑의 주변에는 ‘도림사’라는 글자가 돋을새김된 기와 조각이 발견되고 있다. 탑은 2층의 기단 위에 3층의 몸돌과 상륜부로 구성되어 있다. 지붕돌의 처마는 원만하게 곡선을 이루다가 처마 끝에서 강하게 치켜 올라갔으며, 상륜부에는 노반, 복발, 보주만 남아 있다. 1973년 해체 복원할 때 사각형의 사리함이 발견되어 현재 국립부여박물관에 보관되고 있다.
