Intracavitary irradiation A method of inserting an irradiation source into a body cavity and examining a lesion on or near the inside of the canal. Because the irradiation volume is small, the lesion can survive the prescription amount. However, it is easy to create points where the dose distribution is uneven and where there is a dose excess called hot spot, or a radiation dose called cold spot. The most common is cervical intraepithelial neoplasia of the uterine cervix, including Manchester method, Paris method and Stockholm method. In addition, there is an intracavitary examination of the maxillary sinus (irradiation of the maxillary sinus cavity), an examination of the inner lumen of the merchant and a survey of the intramural cavity of the rectum. 강내조사 체강속에 조사 선원을 넣어 그 강내면 또는 그 가까이의 병소를 조사하는 방법을 말한다. 조사체적이 작아지므로 대선량에 병소는 견딜 수 있다. 그러나 선량분포가 고르지 않고 핫 스포트로 불리는 선량과잉인 곳, 또는 콜드스포트로 불리는 선량과소의 점을 만들기 쉽다. 가장 많이 이루어지는 것은 자궁경부종양에 대한 자궁질강 내 조사이고 맨체스터법, 파리법, 스톡홀름법등이 있다. 그 밖에 상악동내강내조사(上顎洞內腔內照射), 상인두내강내조사, 직장내강내 조사등이 있다.
