Kim Hong-ryu
Kim Hong-ryu is the backbone of the late Joseon period. He was born in Hamkyung-do. He was from Cheonmyong, but he studied Vladivostok and learned Russian language. Between 1894 and the following year, when Lee signed a treaty with the Russian company Bever, he acted as the only Russian interpreter of Korea. In 1895, he raised the case of a senior citizen, a presidential athlete, In 1896, he was a secretary at the time of King Abdul Gwacheon, and he worked as an interpreter between Kojong and the Russian company Bever. Then, after receiving the special favor of King Gojong, he exercised his authority abruptly, seized the bribes, and kept the originality of the people. Yoon Yoon-sun was promoted from the Cabinet to undergraduate, and in 1898, he retired from his office due to the collapse of his father-in-law. However, in the background of the favor of King Gojong and the Russian forces, he did all sorts of things, and went to the palace for free and tortured the independent association. In August of the same year, it was revealed that he had paid a large sum in trade with Russia, and he went to exile in Jeollanamdo.
