Kim Jaechang
Kim Jaechang graduated from elementary, middle, and high school in Bonghwa, Kyongbuk. He entered the military academy in 1958, graduated in 1962, and served as an army admiral. He was a doctor of international relations from the Republic of Korea, who served in the military for 32 years until his death as chief of the army in 1994. Since July 15, 2014, he is a member of the civilian committee on foreign affairs and security in the National Unification Preparedness Committee of the National Assembly. He served as the 9th commandant of the infantry, the commander of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the 6th Commandant, the deputy chief of the Ministry of National Defense, the deputy chief of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and finally the deputy commander and commander of the Composition Command. He graduated from Seoul National University in 1964-1966 and majored in electronics engineering. He also taught electronics at the military academy. During his time as a martyr, he studied at the US Naval Graduate School in Monterey, California and majored in operational analysis and received his master's degree.
