Han River
The Han River started in Taebaek city, Gangwon province, South Korea, and is the main rivers flowing into the Yellow Sea from the border of Gimpo city, Gyeonggi province and North Hwanghae province of North Korea. The water stream originating from the northern slope of the Kim Dae Bong peak of the Taebaek mountain range flows into the vicinity of the Ganghwa Strait. According to the 2013 edition of "List of Korean Rivers", a collection of observations from the Republic of Korea, the main stream is 494 km long. The main stream of the Han River has hundreds of tributaries, including the North and the Imjin River, in four regions of Gyeonggi, Kandong, Hahn and Hoseo. The Han River system, which is based on these tributaries, is the second largest of all river water networks I had a rain gutter. It is the fourth longest in Korea following the Yalu, Tuman and Nakdong rivers, and the second in Korea.
