WHAT DOES 국제법 MEAN IN KOREAN?

International law

국제법

International law is a law that governs the behavior of companies and individuals internationally, with the exception of countries and international organizations, and in special cases. It is sometimes referred to as international law in contrast to international law. It was first introduced in Korea at the end of the nineteenth century under the name Manmin Construction. International law has no distinction between public law and judicial law and is evaluated as public law. Since the 20th century, the role of international law has become more important as international trade and exchange have increased, and conflicts have increased. However, most of them are incomplete laws because they lack the forcible force, and they are being formed. Therefore, it is pointed out that compliance is a big law appeal to the conscience of the world. It is divided into general international law, which has effect on the international society in general, and special international law, which has effect between specific countries. It can also be divided into international law and international law.

국제법은 국가와 국제기구, 특별한 경우에는 예외적으로 회사나 개인의 행동을 국제적으로 규율하는 법률이다. 국제사법과 대비해서 국제공법이라고 하기도 한다. 한국에는 만민공법이란 이름으로 19세기 말에 최초로 소개되었다. 국제법은 공법과 사법의 구별이 없고 공법으로 평가된다. 20세기 이후 국제 무역과 교류의 증가, 국가간 갈등 등이 커지면서 국제법의 역할이 중요해졌다. 그러나 대부분 그 관철을 위한 강제력이 결여되어 있으므로 ‘불완전한 법’이며, 형성중인 법이다. 따라서 그 준수는 세계인의 양심에 호소하는 측면이 큰 법이라는 지적도 있다. 효력을 기준으로 국제 사회 일반에 효력을 가지는 일반국제법과, 특정 국가 사이에서 효력을 가지는 특수국제법으로 나뉜다. 또한 성문화 여부에 따라 국제성문법과 국제불문법으로도 나뉜다.
