National Council of Korea
The National Council of Advisors is an administrative body established as the direct organization of the President of the Republic of Korea. In accordance with Article 90 (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Korea, the former President, the Prime Minister and the members of the society shall be appointed as the officers in accordance with the provisions of the Advisory Council of the National Council. . On February 18, 1980, Former President of the Republic of Korea Yoon Bosun, 23 elders and senior members of the National Assembly formed the National Advisory Council. On April 23, 1981, President Chun Doo Hwan reorganized into 25 members. The chairman was usually composed of former presidents. In March 1989, the law of the Council of National Advisors was abolished, which stipulated the courtesy equivalent to that of the President of the National Assembly. Thereafter, the provisions of the National Council Advisory Council exist, but are not established.
