It is made with cucumber, onion, sesame leaf, parsley, leek and pepper and it is cold water when you eat it. In Jejudo, it is called gumbot or gambot, brown or gray brown with eight shells buried in flesh, oval, round and prismatic. It was easy for the military to get rid of the scabs when it was cold, and the people of Jeju Island ate seaweed mainly by their friends who were on the seashore in summer. 군부물회 데친 군부의 딱지를 떼고 식초에 재웠다가 양념(된장, 고추장, 고춧가루, 다진 마늘, 설탕, 식초, 참기름, 통깨)하여 오이, 양파, 깻잎, 미나리, 부추, 고추와 버무려 두었다가 먹을 때 찬물을 부어 낸 것을 말하며 군벗물회라고도 한다.제주도에서는 굼벗 또는 군벗이라고 하고, 갈색 또는 회색을 띤 갈색으로 껍데기는 여덟 개가 살 속에 묻혀 있는 형태로 타원형이고, 둥글고 자질구레한 돌기가 나 있다. 군부는 살짝 데쳐야 딱지를 떼어내기 쉬우며 제주도 사람들은 여름철 갯바위에 붙어 있던 군벗으로 주로 젓갈을 담가 먹었다.
