Science day
Science Day is the anniversary of the Republic of Korea for the purpose of recognizing the importance of science and technology and promoting the scientificization of people's lives. Korea 's "Science Day" was the first time Kim Yong - kwan decided on April 19th as "Science Day" in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of Charles Darwin. In 1967, it was enacted on April 21 to commemorate the independence of the Ministry of Science and Technology as a central administrative agency. Every year on April 21st, various schools and related organizations perform various events such as water rockets, air rockets, science writing, science drawing, science boxing, and robot making.
