Based on this knowledge, I am educating the knowledge of optics and optical engineering to educate optics and photonics industry and educate the manpower of optical engineering technician in optical related industries.

광학공학과 안경광학과는 자연현상으로서의 빛의 성질을 연구하는 광물리학 이론을 바탕으로 전자공학이나 전산학에 관한 전문지식을 접목하여 실생활에 응용하는 기술을 연구하는 학문입니다. 안경광학과는 물리학을 중심으로 응용과학계열에 속하는 전자공학이나 전산학에 관한 전문지식을 익힙니다. 이를 바탕으로 광학과 광공학의 지식을 연마시킴으로써 광학 및 광기술 분야의 연구와 광학 관련 산업분야에서 필요로 하는 광공학 기술인력 양성에 교육목표를 두고 있습니다.
