Crocodile
Nodules are the old name for large fossil amphibians, which refers to all the pre-Jurassic amphibians and some large groups of similar salamons after Jurassic. This word was created in 1868 by the American paleontologist Edward Dinkerkov and is the Greek word στεγοκεφαλια, which means "roofed head," which refers to an armor-like structure in the form of a piece of primitive, large amphibian hair. In recent years, Canadian paleontologist Michel Laurent has used phylogenetic taxonomy to refer to all vertebrate animals, ie, four-footed animals with toes, but not fins.
