Anti-aldosterone drug belongs to the antidiuretic drug. It is only effective when there is an aldosterone secretion process and edema resistant to other diuretics, so it is necessary to confirm the excess of aldosterone secretion when using it. As a drug, there is a spiroadactone and it is absorbed orally well. The mechanism of action is that it competitively antagonizes the action of aldosterone in the tubules and promotes the excretion of NaCl to reduce excretion of K +, N + and NH + 4, thereby increasing edema. There are side effects such as hyperkalemia. Triamterene, a pteridine derivative, is thought to be functionally antagonistic to aldosterone, and diuretics are produced by inhibition of reabsorption of Na + and inhibition of K + -Na + exchange in the cytoplasm. Side effects include hyperkalemia. 항알도스테론약 항이뇨약에 속한다. 알도스테론 분비과정이 있고 다른 이뇨약에 저항하는 부종이 있는 경우에만 효과적이기 때문에 사용시에는 알도스테론 분비과잉의 확인이 필요하다. 약물로서는 스피로알닥톤이 있고 경구적으로 잘 흡수된다. 작용기전은 알도스테론의 세뇨관에서 작용에 경합적으로 길항하고 NaCI의 배설을 촉진해 K+, N+, NH+4의 배설을 감소시킴으로써 부종을 제거해 요량을 증가시킨다. 고칼륨혈증 등의 부작용이 있다. 프테리진 유도체의 트리암테렌은 기능적으로 알도스테론에 길항하는 것으로 생각되고 있으며 요세관에서의 Na+의 재흡수 억제와 K+ -Na+ 교환의 억제에 의해 이뇨작용이 생긴다. 부작용으로서는 고칼륨 혈증등이 있다.
