Definition of 항펩신제 in the Korean dictionary
Antipepsin is an anti-ulcer drug and is included in drugs that inhibit attack factors. It specifically inhibits the action of pepsin in placebo and inhibits its activity by binding directly to pepsin. Examples of the drug include sucrose sulfuric acid ester aluminum, aminopectin sulfate ester, and the like. Pepsin is inactivated when the pH is above 4.5, so the antipepsin drug is indirectly released. 항펩신제 항궤양약이고 공격 인자를 억제하는 약물에 포함된다. 위약중의 펩신작용을 특이적으로 억제하는 것이고 펩신과 직접 결합해서 그 활성을 억제하는 것이있다. 약물로서는 자당황산에스터알루미늄, 아미노펙틴 황산에스터 등이 있다. 펩신은 pH가 4.5이상이 되면 불활성화 되므로 제산약도 간접적으로 항펩신약이 된다.
