Hwang Rae
Hwang A Ray is the capital of the Northland region of New Zealand's northernmost island. Although it is usually classified as a city, it is officially part of Hwanghae Ward, which is governed by Hwanghae District Council, a municipality built in 1989. The population is predicted to be 51,900 in July 2010, and it was surveyed in 2001 to 47,400. The urban areas of Hwanghae Ray are divided into three areas: Kamo, Tikki Wind, Otanthai, Myer Town, Reversid, Sherwood Ridge, Onerahi, Morningside, Lao Manga, Paris Haka, Maunu, Horaola, Wood Hill, Vintown, Regent, Kensington, and Howe Valley.
