Vascular dilatation granuloma is a soft tumor of sunflower ~ dark red color with a semi-spherical shape ranging from ~ 10 to ~ 10 mm in diameter, and is wetted or combined with the surface. It is easy to bleed when touched. It often occurs in the lips, fingers, and the face. Small trauma can also be the cause. Treatment involves ablation, electrocautery, liquid nitrogen, and the like. As a differential diagnosis, there are a number of reports of keratoacanthoma, inflammatory seborrheic keratosis, pigmented malignant melanoma, cystic urinary tract (infectious warts), infectious serosal species, hemangiomas, Adnexal tumors, and the like. 혈관확장성육아종 5~10mm까지의 반구상~유경상(有莖狀)~이상(茸狀)으로 융기한 선홍~암적색의 부드러운 종양이고 표면습윤 또는 결가(結痴)한다. 만지면 출혈하기 쉽다. 입술, 손가락, 안면 등에 자주 발생한다. 작은 외상이 원인이 되는 경우도 있다. 치료로는 절제, 전기소작(電氣燒灼), 액체질소 등에 따른다. 감별진단으로서 케라토 아칸토마, 염증성 지루성 각화증(角化症), 색소성 모반, 악성 흑색종, 심상성 우췌(尋常性疣贅), 전염성 연속종(軟屬腫), 혈관종, 글로무스종양, 부속기종양 등이 있다.
