일본 통치 시대
Japan is a Japanese term referring to the period during which the Japanese empire ruled the territories acquired by the Japanese Empire after the Meiji Restoration in Japan (the Japanese ruling era) (Nippon Do - Chi Dai Dai). 일본 강제 통치 시대(日本强制統治時代, 일본어: 日本統治時代 (にっぽんとうちじだい)(닛뽄 도-치지다이)는 메이지 유신 이후 일본 제국이 획득한 영토를 통치하던 시기를 가리키는 일본 용어이다.

Since the implementation of the Liquor Tax Act, Korean traditional stocks have become so diverse that they have lost their original taste and fragrance due to the simplification and standardization of Yakju, makgeolli, and soju. 일제시대 1876년 강화도조약이 체결된 이후, 일본의 양조기술이 도입되면서 일본식 탁주와 청주도 만들어지게 되었다. 특히 일본의 청주는 상품명의 하나인 ‘정종(正宗)’이라는 이름으로 널리 퍼졌다. 1905년 일본에 의해 을사조약이 강제로 체결되면서, 일제의 수탈 작업이 시작되는데, 그 과정에서 제일 먼저 세금원의 공작대상이 되었던 것이 우리의 술이었다. 1907년 9월에는 주세령의 강제집행이 시작되면서, 우리나라 전통주는 말살되기 시작한다. 주세법 시행 이후, 그토록 다채롭던 우리 전통주들은 약주, 탁주(막걸리), 소주로 매우 단순화, 규격화되면서 본래의 맛과 향기를 잃어버리게 되었다.참고자료문화콘텐츠닷컴 원문보기
