Lee is the calligrapher of Joseon. The argument is the argument, the ho is the soul, and the main building is Cheonan. He received a praise from the king for his poetry written by Sukjong, and he was praised as one of the most prominent writers in the East by the kings of the Qing Dynasty in 1709. Then, in 1711, he went to Japan with a correspondent Jo Tae-wan, and Japanese calligraphers praised his writing. Especially, it was excellent in challe and chuche, and it published "Staying in Beginning", which is a valuable guide for juniors studying calligraphy.
