Autism
Autism is an argument used in criminal law. The offense committed by the defendant is a reflexive act, not one's own act. This can be innocent because it can be seen that the mens rea, the requirement for the establishment of a crime, is missing. Possible factors for autism include seizures due to epilepsy, unconscious state due to hypoglycemia, and inability to control behavior due to post-traumatic stress disorder.
