It is a type of Jackson-like epileptic epilepsy and is characterized by a seizure that starts with a focal seizure by the lesion of the cerebral cortex A spasm (or a tardive anomaly) begins in a part of the body, including one finger, one toe, and one eccentric, and spreads to the entire arm or leg, spreading to the other side, eventually becoming a full spasm (Jackson march). Seizures may stop on the way to the whole body. The beginning of seizures is conscious, and when seizures progress, they lose consciousness. After the seizure, there may be a transient paralysis in the area where the seizure started. Jackson is an English doctor. 잭슨형간질 증후성 간질의 일종이고 대뇌피질(주로 전중심회의 운동영역)의 병소에 의한 초점발작으로부터 시작되어 차츰 전신경련으로 나아가는 형의 간질. 한쪽 손가락, 한쪽 발가락, 한쪽 구각 등, 신체의 일부에서 경련(또는 지각이상)이 시작 되고 팔이나 다리전체로 파급되어 반대측으로 퍼지고 결국에는 전신경련이 된다(잭슨행진 march). 발작이 전신에 미치는 도중에 멈추는 수도 있다. 발작의 처음은 의식이 있는데 발작이 진행되면, 의식을 잃는다. 경련이 끝난 후에 발작이 시작된 부분의 일과성 마비가 생기는 수가 있다. 잭슨은 영국인 의사이다.
