Restraint
Self-governing body or self-governing body was an organization organized by the Japanese colonial-era civilians or autonomous organizations from April 6 to December 1919, to persuade and repatriate those who suppressed or protested the March 1st Movement. Zhao Tadan appealed to the participants of the 3rd and 1st Millennium Campaigns of the Joseon Dynasty for persuading and protesting against demonstrations, acting as a quarantine veteran, and demonstrating violence. People and groups who refused to comply with their persuasion and ears were reported to the branch and headquarters or reported to the Chosun government general police.
