Tissue Dyeing Specimens It is a specimen to dye tissue cells using various pigments and other woollips to facilitate microscopic observation of normal and diseased tissue. Usually, hematoxylin-eosin staining is widely performed. The nucleus (nucleus) is stained with light blue, and the cytoplasm is stained with pale pink, and general findings can be known. Special dyes are also used, such as collagen fiber (van Gieson dyeing, azan-Mallory dyeing), sesame fiber (dyed dyeing), gangrene, mucus, cystic membrane (PAS staining) and fat (Sudan III staining). 조직염색표본 여러가지의 색소 및 기타의 울질을 사용하여 조직세포를 물들여, 정상 및 병적조직의 현미경적 관찰을 용이하게 하기 위한 표본이다. 통상은 hematoxylin-eosin 염색이 널리 행하여지며, 핵(核)은 하늘색, 세포질은 담홍색으로 염색되어, 일반적 소견을 알 수가 있다. 또한 교원섬유(van Gieson 염색, azan-Mallory 염색), 세망섬유(도은염색), 당원, 점액, 경광막(PAS염색), 지방(Sudan III 염색) 등의 특수염색도 병용된다.
